Site Preparation
When you buy a piece of land in the Ventura area, you want to start building right away. But first, you need to get the site ready. Your plot of land needs to be graded so it will drain properly when it rains.
Our home building company does grading, site drainage and pours concrete foundations for residential and commercial clients. At your request, we also install concrete caissons, which are helpful to maintaining the integrity of your structure in the event of an earthquake or unstable soil conditions.
